Who’s going to Authors After Dark?

no comment

Are you going to AAD in September? If so, let me know so we can say hi! I can’t wait to finally “meet” some of the people I’ve been working with for years. I’ll be taking editor appointments for Etopia Press, and the conference people are telling us it’s just about last call to sign up. So if you haven’t signed up for yours, you can do that here: http://www.authorsafterdark.net/editorappointments.html.

Looking forward to meeting everyone and hearing your pitch!

New “Beach Reads” Category at Flashlight Worthy Books

no comment

One of my favorite Twitter accounts — Flashlight Worthy Book Recommendations — just got in touch to spread the word about their new Beach Reads category. What do you think?

While we’re at it, NPR has listed their Top 100 Killer Thrillers. You can check that out here. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=128718927

I’m guessing “Jaws” probably won’t be on FWB’s list of best books for the beach.

Welcome to the new site…

It was about time to update the cover gallery, so I decided to redecorate. What do you think?

You’ll find my new book covers in the Cover Art section. Soon I’ll be adding an Editorial section with writing tips, information on self-editing your manuscript, working with editors, and selling your novel, plus other helpful resources for writers. There’s also a page with information on Etopia Press, our new electronic publishing company launching in early 2011. Or you can visit the Etopia Press Web site at www.etopiapress.com.

Questions? Comments? I’d love to hear them!
